I have been using Rebeccas products since last year. Initially, in preparation for a marathon which involved carrying 40lbs in weight. I used Sherpa rub to help with the usual friction points: feet, shoulders and bottom of my spine. Sherpa rub did an excellent job and i did not suffer blisters or skin rub. I used activator to help with the rigorous training plan of 30 to 40 miles per week. Activator warmed my legs up pre exercise and certainly came into its own over the winter months. Finally I used Qrub post exercise, a brilliant product that allowed me to keep training day after day due to its healing properties.
